The Office of Complaints Commissioner exists to provide an avenue of last resort to the public for redress of grievances arising from the administrative action of any government agency including any department, unit, statutory body, public board or committee.
We welcome all visitors and you are welcome to lodge your complaints with us, if you feel that you were treated unfairly by any agency of the Government of the Virgin Islands.
We know that there are lots of complaints that citizens do not make for various reasons. If we are to change the culture, we must be ready to complain. Responsible complaining helps to improve service. A proper attitude to complaints helps organizations to improve. We can shine a light.
